Adventures in San Antonio was founded by three Meeting Planners with over 20 years of experience in planning meetings and incentives. Meeting and convention planning is an industry that is finally being recognized and respected as a profession that is highly valuable to any corporation or association. Because of the sometimes highly technical and legal documents and contracts now associated with any meeting or convention, Meeting Planners must be diligent in maintaining up-to-date information on contractual issues and the Hospitality Industry in general. At Adventures, we take our role as Meeting Planners very seriously and take every opportunity to further our education utilizing Industry Associations.
