New Beginnings……..
Adventures in San Antonio, a Destination Management Company, has recently purchased a historic home built in 1920 at 1606 North Alamo Street. The two-story historic structure was once home to the Polish Arts and Culture Center but has been allowed to fall into disrepair over recent years. Adventures in San Antonio has decided to “give back” to the community by purchasing and restoring this incredible home in the hopes of allowing it to be used by the community for weddings, dinners and other functions in the future. For the present, the home will serve as Adventures in San Antonio’s new corporate offices and will soon be open for functions and events such as corporate meetings and art shows.
Owners DuWayne Greene and Dayne P. S. Sullivan are very excited about the restoration process and honored to be allowed to preserve such a great part of San Antonio history, while breathing life back into this grand old home and allowing it to be used by the community. Adventures in San Antonio is a full-service meeting/event planning and destination management company based in San Antonio, Texas. They offer an array of services including meeting planning, employee incentive travel planning, tours, transportation, theme parties, décor, entertainment and much more for meetings and conventions all over the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe.
