Adventures in San Antonio Meeting Planners

Your group is so excited that you’ve chosen San Antonio for the meeting!   They just can’t wait to take a barge down the river and enjoy the RiverWalk, visit the Alamo (why did they build it downtown?), or experience the history and culture of our city!   Are you going to keep them in meeting rooms all day and make them watch another PowerPoint presentation?   We certainly hope not!!!!
How about building a little camaraderie, team spirit and general goodwill?!!!   Let’s get them exploring the sights and sounds by going on a digital picture scavenger hunt!    They’ll have to discover and photograph lots of little-known facts and items in the downtown area! Or how about a day of Sporting Clay Shooting or Goofy Golf?!
We’ve all done the “ropes course” (yes we have those too!) but with a little creativity there is absolutely nothing that can’t be taught and experienced while having fun and getting to know each other a little better.   It’s amazing what a little laughter can accomplish!!
